each at level 24-25 and i want to know if i should get a gastly or if i should stay like this for now and if i should get the gastly who should i switch him for
At this stage of the game, I would suggest focusing on training less Pokemon. You only need about 3-4 to get through it, and if you do choose to train less, their levels will be much higher, and you won't have to stop and train as much. But to answer your question, I would stick with what you have for now. Ghastly can be annoying to train, due to the fact that it doesn't learn a lot of good damaging moves at an early stage. If you want a Haunter/Gengar later, there's someone in Snowpoint City willing to trade you a Haunter. I would do that later in the game, and focus on your current team for now.
