what happens when an opponents piece and my piece are blocking my exit from home in a parcheesi game?
me and some friends were playing parcheesi and my friends piece lands on my home circle, the space were i go when i get out or get a five. one of my pieces were already there, therefore there were two pieces on that space, one was mine and the other was my friends. What happens if i get a five and i want to get another one of my pieces out. DO I SEND HER BACK TO HER HOME? or I CANT GET OUT
This is really a 2-part question. First, you can't have 2 pieces of different colors on the same space, even if it's a safe space. I'm guessing you were there first, then your opponent "landed" there. That second part shouldn't have been allowed.
Secondly, the entry space is safe only from other pieces on the board. If a piece enters from the Home, it knocks out an opponent (unless your opponent has set up a blockade).
