Set Case
My case was set aside and vacated, what do I put on job applications?
I got a notice the other day that reads "plea, verdict, or finding of guild in the above titled action be set aside and vacated and a plea of not guilty be entered and that the complaint be, and is hearby dismissed."
It also reads "Dispositon: Dismissed per 1203.4 P.C."
When I fill out an application and it asks if I've been convicted of a felony or misdemeanor can I put no?
Put No. You weren't convicted. Even if you were, it's been vacated.
"Background checks are inclusive of criminal CHARGES"
They aren't asking about charges. They are asking about CONVICTIONS. The asker was not convicted.
