Style Knife
Could someone show me, in pictures, how to hold a fork & knife in the American Style, for eating and cutting?
I know next to nothing about proper dining. My family thinks I'll be fine so long as I'm not eating with my feet. So I turn to the audience of yahoo answers in search of the correct behavior.
I've done some searching of my own, but I haven't been able to find any images of the proper ways to hold a fork or knife.
Any help would be appreciated.

(This description leaves out that, when you are finished cutting in the American way of eating, you put the knife down and switch your fork into your dominant hand to bring the food to your mouth.)
