i would like to know a good temperature to set the sauna at for weight cutting.?

wrestlers and mixed martial artists- what is a good temperature to cut weight at in the sauna? gonna lose about 5 pounds.
need to lose the water weight for a competition. weigh-ins are a day before the competition
